OUR STORY

       My Name is Kevin Rowan and I am the owner of Cobalt Glass & Customworks.

 

          I am a self employed Journeyman Glassworker with 31 years experience in the Glass trade. I have experience with commercial, residential, and automotive glass. I have spent many hours cutting glass, doing repairs or installing replacement glass in homes, businesses, vehicles and agriculture equipment. I also work on residential and commercial window and door installations as well as home renovations. I have been in business since 2009.
         I was able to learn some stained glass from my Mom before she passed away. She was a great teacher and passed her passion on to me. I have been doing stained glass off and on for over 22 years. I have a studio set up and create glass art daily.
         Creating new and interesting projects with Stained Glass and Fused Glass is a passion of mine. There is something about taking beautiful pieces of glass and turning it into something very special.
        I create different art glass projects for all occasions and special requests.
Along side stained glass artwork, I also do glass fusing. I have 2 kilns in my studio and they run almost every day.
       When the kilns are running I work on stained glass as well as renovation work for my business. Aside from making glass artwork, I also sell Stained Glass and Glass Fusing supplies and teach classes.
