-Orders are shipped by Canada Post. 

Hazardous materials will be shipped by a different carrier and a quote will be provided prior to shipping.

-Delays due to shipping are the carriers responsibility.

-If you require an order cancellation please contact us via email and we will do our best to cancel it.

-Orders that are packed for shipping cannot be cancelled as there will have been a label created.

-I create all the Artwork myself and if I'm not happy with it, won't sell it. I strive for complete customer satisfaction and want to provide you with the best possible product.

-I only use and sell top quality brand name products that I trust.​

-Fused Glass artwork should be hand washed only. No dishwasher or oven use. Avoid subjecting the piece to thermal shock. Rapid transition from Hot to cold or cold to hot.

-Stained Glass artwork should be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried. Microfibre cloths work great.

-DO NOT scrub. Scrubbing may damage the edges of the pieces made with copper foil.

-DO NOT apply a lot of pressure to clean the project, you may damage it.

-DO NOT use harsh chemicals or cleaners to clean the project.

-Small pieces may pose a choking hazard so be aware.

-NO refunds on Chemicals, Solder, Glass Cutters, Copper Foil, Lead
