SHIPPING POLICY

  1. -In stock orders ship within 3-5 business days of receiving confirmation of your order.

  2. -Holidays and Carrier shipping complications may extend the delivery times.

  3. -Orders are shipped by Canada Post.

  4. Purolator or Fedex will be used in the event of Canada Post service interruptions.

  5. Free Shipping applies to Domestic (Canadian) orders of Glass artwork.

  6. Free Shipping does NOT  apply to Glass or hazardous materials or other materials that Canada post cannot ship.

  7. -Holidays and Carrier shipping complications may extend the delivery times

  8. Hazardous materials will be shipped by a different carrier and a quote will be provided prior to shipping.

  9. -Delays due to shipping are the carriers responsibility.

  10. -If you require an order cancellation please contact us via email and we will do our best to cancel it.

  11. -Orders that are packed for shipping cannot be cancelled as there will have been a label created.

  12. -Damages caused by the shipping carrier should be resolved by the carrier. 

  13. -Please inspect the parcel, if there is visible damage to the packaging notify the carrier right away. 

  14. -We inspect each piece before packing and wrap them in bubble wrap then pack them up, label it and ship it.

  15. Shipping and policies are subject to possible changes from time to time without notice

  16. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

  17. If there is a tracking number it will be provided to the purchaser.

  18. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. -We are sorry but we DO NOT accept returns for the following items.

 -Chemicals, Solder, Glass Cutters, Copper Foil, Lead, Cut Glass or Damages caused by the customer.

2. -If you need to return an item please contact us prior to the return.

3. -Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. -If the shipping is an error on behalf of Cobalt Glass & Customworks we will pay the return shipping.

5. -To avoid any chance of a return, Please make sure you review your shopping cart before processing your order.

6. -We inspect each piece before packing and wrap them in bubble wrap then pack them up, label it and ship it.

7. -An exchange will be given if it was our mistake.

8. -If you want to exchange an item you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Cobalt Glass & Customworks as well as the shipping costs of the the new exchange to you.

9. -Returns and exchanges can be costly so please be careful when placing your order.
