Stained and Fused Glass Ukrainian Tryzub

Staind Glass Tryzub. This stained glass Tryzub is a mix of stained glass and glass fusing. The yellow glass Tryzub is fused to the blue glass background in my Cone art glass kiln. When coolad and removed from the glass kiln after about 24 hours, the glass is cleaned and inspected. The clear border glass is then cut and all pieces ground to fit if required. The next step is copper foiling each piece, and soldering them together. A lead came border is appleid to the outer edge. After the soldering is completed the glass is cleaned and a black patina is applied, cleaned and then the stained glass Tryzub is waxed.
