Cancellation Policy

If Cobalt Glass & Customworks cancels a class due to poor weather, illness or not a large enough class size we will offer options for another class date for you. If it does not fit your schedule a refund will be given. To cancel we require 14 days notice and you will receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per student per class. If cancelled fewer then 14 days before class no refund will be issued, as your spot was held for you and others that were unable to book missed out. Your registration may be transfered to another person if you have someone able to fill your spot. You can sell them your spot. Payment for classes that are rescheduled will be held as a credit until class is re-booked. Do not attend class if you are not feeling well. Safety equipment is a must. Please were long pants, closed toed shoes that are comfortable for standing and walking. Tie back long hair. No baggy tops as the can get caught on your project and cause damage or cause spills of chemicals if not paying attention. Safety glasses are required. If you don't have a pair of your own to bring, some will be provided for you to use during class. Safety glasses are also available for purchase. Masks for use with powders or if requested will be supplied to you. A waiver form will also be required to be filled out.
